Well we done it….  We went and got us a fancy restaurant and moved out of the caboose.

Them that remembers us knows from 2004 that our first place wasent that fancy.

It was a 42 foot trailer. The law said we wasent supposed to sell ya beer to go and BBQ in the same place so we up and sold BBQ in the trailer and beer in the liquor store. Our BBQ was the best in town but the place didn’t have much to offer in the way of creature comforts.

Now that we got this fancy restaurant here in the middle of the big city and we want ya to know what we got;

So, here is the list…

 

1)  We got “some of the best” wood smoked BBQ and fixins in this part of the country (we’re sayin “the best”, but the lawyers wants us to be sure and let ya know it’s a figure of speaken...whatever that means).

2)  Tuesday through Saturday we got a  mighty busy parkin lot.

3)  We got lots of police and fire trucks stopping by to get our BBQ and fixins.

4)  We got lots of hard working folks stopping by on the way home to get our BBQ and fixins.

5)  We got waiters and waitresses offerin to take care of ya in every way we can think of.

6)  We got meat by the pound available to take home with ya.

7)  We treat ya like family (cause we reckon you are in one form or the other).

8)  We gots lots of paper towels to wip yer shirt, mouth, and sleeves

9)  We got BBQ so good that its classy to eat with yer fingers and lick’em when yer done.

10) We got some to the best BBQ sandwiches in the state.

11) Our pork spare ribs are the best we reckon you’ve ever had.

12) We got them big screen TV’s so you cen watch your favorite game and we got the  intersomithinornother where you cen get messages and such without pluggin in.

 

1)  We ain’t got valet service

2)  We ain’t got silver toothpicks 

3)  We ain’t got nobody dressed in cocktail gowns or fancy suits

4)  We ain’t got no fancy wine at all

5)  We ain’t got very many Mercedes or BMW’s that stop by. We have some of em  stop by ever now and again. Mostly seem real nice—like regular folks
