2. You & Other Members of Your Organization Sign Up (Customer)

3. Dine In at Big Al's Famous BBQ

4. We Donate 5% to the Organization Within Your Program*

Below are some examples of acceptable organizations that qualify for the Non-Profit Rewards Program with Big Al's Famous BBQ:

• Everytime you dine with Big Al's Famous BBQ, 5% of your pre-sales tax amount of each dine in receipt will be donated to the recipient organization.
• The recipient organization will be mailed a check from these proceeds quarterly.  If the total donation is less than $25.00, the donation will roll to the next quarter.
  
• Only tax exempt 501(c)(3) organizations may apply and documentation must be on file with Big Al's Famous BBQ. Exemption Requirement
  
• Donor & recipient organization must fill out a brief application.
  
• Big Al's Famous BBQ will maintain a master list of recipient organizations.
  
• Multiple discounts, such as "Kids Eat Free," do not apply.  (Blue Plate is an exception)
  
• Rewards apply to "Dine In" only except for the following exceptions:  Pick-up Orders ($50.00 or more) or Catering Orders ($300 or more) by recipient organization.  10% discount given at check-out to recipient organization.
  
• At check-out, host/hostess will apply appropriate discount.
  
• Customers making application for a new organization can "bank" their receipts for up to 30 days and receive credit when apllications are received and approved.
